Micah: (bossiest voice you can imagine) I want some WATER!!
Me: Excuse me?
Micah: I want some water!
Me: Try again.
Micah: (mumbling and looking off) Pwease?
Me: Micah, say "Mommy, you have beautiful eyes."
Micah: (giving me a weird look) Mommy, you have beautiful eyes.
Me: "Mommy, you have gorgeous hair."
Micah: Mommy, you have gorgeous hair.
Me: "Mommy, you are wonderful."
Micah: (smiling and laughing) "What?"
Me: (smiling back) You heard me.
Micah: (all smiles) You're wonderful, Mommy. Can I have some water now pwease?
Me: Of course you can! Thanks for asking nicely.
