The TPR for Sweet Pea to become Dave & Elaine's little girl was set to be signed this morning at 8:00. It has been delayed until 12:30 this afternoon.
This is no surprise to God whose timing is perfect, but it is frustrating. Please pray that all would go according to His plan in this situation and for peace, patience and strength for Dave, Elaine and all involved.
